How are shipping charges calculated?
There is no shipping charge for ANY order.
We DO NOT charge extra on COD orders (Cash on Delivery).
All Prepaid and COD orders have free shipping.
All Prepaid Orders get an extra 5% off.
How can you return the product?
At ROYAL TEA, we follow the rules of the Food & Beverage industry. Normally, we can’t take back food and drink items once they’re sold. We’re serious about making sure everything we sell is top quality and we’re proud of what we offer to you, our important customers.
But we know that sometimes there might be a problem. If that happens, please get in touch with our customer service team. You can contact us through WhatsApp or email.
We will consult the customer to understand the issue and we will take the item back.
The shipping fees to return the product will be borne by the customer.
Returns/Refund:
We accept returns within 6 days from the date of delivery for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong product.
- We sent you the wrong or damaged product.
- You’re not happy with the product.
Replacements:
Should you encounter any of the following issues, you can request a replacement within 5 days from the date of delivery:
- Damaged/Incorrect Product Received: Please provide a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice for our internal quality checks. We will review your request within 24 hours and send you a replacement.
- Missing Item from Order: If an item is missing from your order, attach an image of the invoice of the delivered parcel. After necessary internal checks, we will send you a replacement within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever occurs first. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, as our service partners charge us as soon as the pick-up is completed.
